Purposes of cookies

Loadero uses cookies to analyze data traffic, make visitor experience friendlier and search related, improve content quality, optimize performance on our websites, https://loadero.com, https://app.loadero.com and https://wiki.loadero.com (collectively referred to as the "Sites") and ensure appropriate functioning and security of the Sites.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer or portable device when you visit a website. Cookies may serve and be used for various purposes, for example, for saving visitor settings, ensuring the functioning of the website, collecting analytical data (visitor statistics).

Types of cookies

Session cookies

These cookies are temporary and expire once the user leaves the site. Session cookies usually are of first party provenance and enable the necessary functioning of the Sites. They do not collect any information about your computer, and they contain no personally identifiable information that can link a session to a particular user.

Permanent cookies

Permanent cookies are all those cookies that aren't deleted from the users' browser once they end their session on a website. Their duration depends on the date of expiry written in them, no cookie is preserved for more than 2 years. Permanent cookies can be set by the Sites themselves or by third parties in operation on the Sites.

First party cookies

First party cookies are issued from the Sites themselves. These cookies often serve to give memory to the Sites about the user's data and preferences.

The Sites are linked to Google Analytics, which Loadero uses to get an idea of how you use the Sites and improve the delivery of information to users. Loadero also uses Google's reCAPTCHA tool to secure the page before submitting the data provided in the application forms.

The Google Analytics tool is powered by Google Inc. (US company) that has access to statistics collected by this tool, including the visitor’s IP address, connection time, and other technical information. In this way, third party (Google) cookies are placed on the visitor's device.

Information about Google's cookies may be obtained from Google's relevant privacy or cookie policies. Loadero is not responsible for the processing of personal data by third party.

Limitation of cookies

You can delete cookies of your choice. Visitors to the Sites can delete all cookies already stored on his/her device and can make settings to prevent the browser from storing them. However, be warned that some content or functions of the Sites may not appear in full or work properly.

You can opt out of Google Analytics cookies by downloading and installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. This add-on communicates with Google Analytics to indicate that information about the relevant visit to the Sites may not be sent to Google Analytics.

You can also change the browser settings of your device to refuse new cookies, delete existing cookies or simply notify you when new cookies are being sent to your device.
